This is my final piece for the module. I made two attempts. The first time was making a sphere shaped thing out of paper cups and tape which was a disaster and ended up getting squashed and ruined. And the above was my second and final which turned out alot better using the cups with a hot glue gun. I started off putting the cups together in weird ways and it turned out like this. I liked it alot but I could have put it together better and maybe put more cups so it wouldn't have looked empty in a couple spots. I really like how it hangs off with no ending at some parts in it!
I don't know what it looks like in person; but from image (1) it looks like it was a great visual/formal decision to hang the piece, (2) and i am particularly attracted to the biomorphic like structure (almost bone like forms).
